"Sharing or spotting" deposits allowed ONLY for spouses & children-(more info under FAQ page) Deposit is released when jet ski is returned undamaged however you should allow up to 48hrs depending on your bank

Age Requirements: 16 year olds may operate solo with photo ID or proof of boaters safety course. 14/15 year olds may operate only w/ 18+ onboard. Minimum age for passenger is 5. Anyone under 18 must have guardian present

Let our local guides show you around the best parts of Wilmington via the intracoastal waterway. We head north from CB passing through Masonboro Island, around Wrightsville Beach, up to Figure 8 around Masons Inlet and back for a total around 40-50 miles round trip! You will get up close to $5-$10 million dollar homes & yachts as we cruise through the Wrightsville beach marina. We can stop on a barrier island for a swim break and explore for native wildlife, shells and sometimes even sharks teeth! Want to bomb some waves in the ocean, we can do that too! Our guides will make sure you make memories to last a lifetime! We do require at least 2 skis and maximum of 5
Tours Available at 2:30 on weekdays & 8:30am on weekends
PLEASE CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES EARLY so we can prepare you for your adventure. The time slot you reserve is your actual riding time. Our instructions & safety briefing are NOT part of your time and will take approx 15 minutes after you have checked in. Arriving less than 30 minutes early will most likely cut into your riding time as we usually have a sold out schedule.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR ENTIRE GROUP ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR RESERVATION. If you arrive late, it may cut into your actual riding time. We are very busy most days and cannot push back other groups because of your tardiness. Our instructions and safety briefing take about 15 minutes and NOT part of your riding time. Your time doesn’t start until you are leaving our dock the jet ski!

FAST! Our skis are capable of speeds up to 55 mph depending on rider(s) weight and water conditions. We only operate new model YAMAHA VXs. High Output TR1 3 Cylinder 4-stroke engine with 120 HP (not available on older models). Our jet skis do NOT have speed limiting governors as some of the “other guys” in the area. We guarantee our skis are the fastest jet skis available to rent in Wilmington, North Carolina.

All of our jet skis will accommodate three riders and have a weight limit of 400 lbs. For the most comfortable experience, we recommend one rider per ski. No more than two adult riders per ski, or two adults and a small child. Each ski rented is for that rider, or couple. No switching or sharing with other parties allowed.

Absolutely! We make sure you are confident in riding, understanding the area, and safely operating the ski before sending you out. We explain every aspect of operation and safety and answer any and all questions you may have.

RFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
A debit or credit card is to be provided for a $500 damage deposit is required per jet ski. We will place a hold on your debit/credit card for your damage deposit. That amount will not be available to you until the hold has released. This can take up to 24-36 hours. We will initiate the refunded amount after your jet ski returned undamaged. Additional renters within your group will be required to provide their own credit card & deposit for their for their jet ski. Credit card must be in renters name. Spouses and children my use 1 card for their group, however “friends” may NOT share 1 card for multiple rentals… DONT ASK!
Without $500 damage deposit, you cannot rent a jet ski.
IDENTIFICATION:
Renters/drivers must present ID at check-in. We will hold your ID until you return from your rental.
PAYMENT & TAX:
Tax is 3% additional to posted rates, and applies to all rentals. Payment will be accepted by any major Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express or CASH. All credit card transactions are subject to additional 3% fee.
RAIN POLICY:
If it is raining at the time of your rental, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. IF it begins raining during your rental and do not receive your whole time on the water, we will pro-rate it for how long you were out. WE DO NOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS BASED ON A WEATHER FORECAST. IF it forcasted that it will be a complete wash out (70% or more) for the entire day, we may cancel all reservations for the day and we will be in contact with you.
CANCELLATION:
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before rental time to receive full refund (this does NOT include inclement weather). Also no call/no shows are charged 50% of their reservation. We understand that life happens and things come up, and we do our best to work with you. If you need to cancel, please call us ASAP. Don’t wait until your rental time to call and cancel.
ORIENTATION:
Every operator must participate in our orientation on safe operation of the watercraft. Applicable local and state laws will be covered. It is the responsibility of the operator to listen and understand instructions and request further explanation if he/she has any questions concerning operation of the Wave Runner. We want you to have a SAFE and enjoyable time on the water.
DAMAGE:
The renter/operator is responsible for any physical damage that occurs while operating the watercraft. The jet ski will be inspected before & after each use for damage. Repair for damages will be at renters/operators expense, up to replacement value of the watercraft. Reimbursement for lost rental time may occur if damage is excessive enough to render the jet ski unrentable until repaired. If repair cost & lost time are excessive, renter has the option to purchase jet ski at NADA value. Lost rental time fee is $250 per day until the jet ski repaired and available again for rental. DAMAGE FEES AND DOWN TIME FEES ARE DUE THE DAY DAMAGE OCCURS.
DAMAGE FEE SCHEDULE:
Fiberglass damage, dents, scratches or cracks in paint- $100 per inch- occurs from negligent operation, ie. running into things or other watercraft.
Water intrusion into engine or sunken watercraft- up to $3,000- occurs from flipping jet ski over and not following provided instruction on correcting.
Damage to ImpellEr, Wear Ring or Debris sucked into water intake- up to $500 – occurs from operating outside of designated riding area and getting too shallow & sucking sand/debris though jet pump.
Broken hatches, bumpers, seats, handles, mirrors or any physical part of jet ski – $100+ as quoted
**** These are only examples. The renter is responsible for total cost of any damage that occurs while jet ski is being operated including other personal property, jet skis & or boats.
LATE FEE:
Each Jet Ski is equipped with a watch to insure return on-time. Late return is charged at $5/minute (we don’t want to be jerks, but there are other people waiting for your jet ski and it is disrespectful to them and causes us to have to endure their displeasure when you are late!)
