Rental Requirements
Everything You Need to Know Before Your Jet Ski Adventure
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience — please review the following rental requirements
and policies carefully before booking.
Reservation Requirements
● You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation (online or in person).
● The person who makes the reservation must be present at check-in and provide valid photo identification — even if they do not plan to ride.
● We welcome any and all customers! However, in order to operate a jet ski in any capacity, you must be able to read, speak, and understand English..
Age Requirements
● 14–15 years old: May drive with a parent or legal guardian on board.
● 16–17 years old: May operate solo with a parent or legal guardian present to sign
waiver documents.
● Minimum age to ride: 5 years old and at least 35 pounds.
Identification Requirements
● All drivers 16 years and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID
(Driver’s License or Passport).
● School IDs or unofficial identification will NOT be accepted.
The reservation holder must also provide valid photo ID at check-in.
Physical Requirements (No Exceptions)
For safety reasons:
● You must know how to swim to operate or ride on a jet ski.
● Maximum combined passenger weight per jet ski: 400 pounds.
○ The more weight added, the more likely the jet ski may flip.
● Riders must be physically capable of climbing back onto the jet ski without assistance if
they fall off.
○ This is comparable to climbing out of a swimming pool without a ladder. If you doubt your ability
to do this, please do not participate.
Guests should carefully consider their physical condition, medical history, and fitness level before participating.
Those with prior neck, back, leg injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, or respiratory issues should consult a physician before riding.
NEJSR LLC is not liable for injuries incurred while operating or riding a jet ski.
Reservations vs. Walk-Ins
We operate by reservation only.
Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in
advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Payment & Taxes
● A 3% tax applies to all rentals.
● We accept:
○ Visa
○ Mastercard
○ Discover
○ American Express
○ Cash
● Credit card transactions are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.
Weather Policy]
● If it is actively raining at the time of your reservation, you may:
○ Receive a full refund, or
○ Reschedule based on availability.
● If rain begins during your ride, your rental will be pro-rated based on time used.
We do NOT cancel based on forecasted weather.
● If forecasted rain exceeds 70–80% and we anticipate closure, we will contact you directly to reschedule or cancel.
● If there is any thunder/lighting present, your reservation will be refunded or canceled.
Cancellation Policy
● We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
● Cancellations within 24 hours (including bookings made inside the window) incur a 50% charge.
● No-call / no-show reservations will be charged 100% of the rental amount.
When you reserve, we hold your spot and turn away other customers. We understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate changes within policy guidelines.
Damage Deposit Policy (Required)
$250 Damage Deposit Required Per Jet Ski
If you are operating a jet ski, you must provide your own $250 damage deposit.
Without a deposit, you cannot rent a jet ski.
Deposit Rules:
● $250 deposit required per jet ski rented.
● Credit or debit card only.
● Each driver must provide their own deposit.
● Spouses and children may use one shared credit card.
● Siblings and friends may NOT share or cover deposits for others.
Refund & Liability
● Deposits are 100% refundable if the jet ski is returned without damage.
● If damage occurs, the deposit will be applied toward repair costs.
● You are responsible for the full cost of damage, up to the replacement value of the
watercraft (up to $12,000).
● Payment for damages is due at the time the damage occurs.
We strongly recommend adding Accident Protection Coverage to your booking to reduce
financial liability.

Beach. These policies are in place to protect you, your group, and our equipment so everyone
can enjoy their time on the water.
