Tours Available at 8:30am, 11:00am and 2:30pm on weekdays & 8:30am on weekends

Please check in 30 minutes early so we can prepare you for your adventure. The time slot you reserve is your actual riding time. Our instructions & safety briefing are NOT part of your reserved time. Arriving less than 30 minutes early will most likely cut into your riding time as we usually have a sold out schedule.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A debit or credit card is to be provided for a $250 damage deposit is required per jet ski. We will place a hold on your debit/credit card for your damage deposit. That amount will not be available to you until the hold has been released. This can take up to 24-36 hours. We will initiate the refunded amount after your jet ski returned undamaged. Additional renters within your group will be required to provide their own credit card & deposit for their for their jet ski. Credit card must be in renters name. Spouses and children my use 1 card for their group, however “friends” may NOT share 1 card for multiple rentals… DONT ASK!

Without $250 damage deposit, you cannot rent a jet ski.

Tax is 3% additional to posted rates, and applies to all rentals. Payment will be accepted by any major Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express or CASH. All credit card transactions are subject to additional 3% fee.

If it is raining at the time of your rental, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. IF it begins raining during your rental and do not receive your whole time on the water, we will pro-rate it for how long you were out. WE DO NOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS BASED ON A WEATHER FORECAST. IF it forcasted that it will be a complete wash out (70% or more) for the entire day, we may cancel all reservations for the day and we will be in contact with you.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before rental time to receive full refund (this does NOT include inclement weather). Also no call/no shows are charged 50% of their reservation. We understand that life happens and things come up, and we do our best to work with you. If you need to cancel, please call us ASAP. Don’t wait until your rental time to call and cancel.

Every operator must participate in our orientation on safe operation of the watercraft. Applicable local and state laws will be covered. It is the responsibility of the operator to listen and understand instructions and request further explanation if he/she has any questions concerning operation of the Wave Runner. We want you to have a SAFE and enjoyable time on the water.

The renter/operator is responsible for any physical damage that occurs while operating the watercraft. The jet ski will be inspected before & after each use for damage. Repair for damages will be at renters/operators expense, up to replacement value of the watercraft. Reimbursement for lost rental time may occur if damage is excessive enough to render the jet ski unrentable until repaired. If repair cost & lost time are excessive, renter has the option to purchase jet ski at NADA value. Lost rental time fee is $250 per day until the jet ski repaired and available again for rental. DAMAGE FEES AND DOWN TIME FEES ARE DUE THE DAY DAMAGE OCCURS.

DAMAGE FEE SCHEDULE:

Fiberglass damage, dents, scratches or cracks in paint- $100 per inch- occurs from negligent operation, ie. running into things or other watercraft.

Water intrusion into engine or sunken watercraft-$3,000-full replacement cost- occurs from flipping the watercraft over and not following provided instruction on correcting.

Damage to Impeller, Wear Ring or Debris sucked into water intake- up to $500 – occurs from operating outside of designated riding area and getting too shallow & sucking sand/debris though jet pump.

Broken hatches, bumpers, seats, handles, mirrors or any physical part of jet ski – $100+ as quoted

**** These are only examples. The renter is responsible for total cost of any damage that occurs while jet ski is being operated including other personal property, jet skis & or boats.

Each Jet Ski is equipped with a watch to insure return on-time. Late return is charged at $5/minute (we don’t want to be jerks, but there are other people waiting for your jet ski and it is disrespectful to them and causes us to have to endure their displeasure when you are late!)
