We require that renters/operators be a minimum of 18 years old, however, you can drive the ski at 16 years old with an adult on board with you. Children 15 and younger are allowed as passengers, but are left up to the parent’s discretion. We recommend no children younger than 4 years old ride as passengers.
All participants must be able to swim, no exceptions. Guest should consider their physical abilities, fitness level, and medical history before getting on the jet ski. Most participants end up falling off once or twice and should be physically able to climb back on the jet ski without assistance. This is comparable to climbing out of a pool without a ladder. If you have ANY doubt in this ability, please do not get on the jet skis. Guest with previous, neck, back, leg injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or other heart or respiratory issues should take particular caution when selecting this activity.
RESERVATIONS vs WALK INS:
Reservations are required. You can make reservations online by clicking a “BOOK ONLINE” button or by calling us at 910-524-7547. A valid Credit Card is required to make reservation. Information will be held on file as security deposit through the duration of the rental, though we do not place a hold on the card. ONLY 1/2 day and full day reservations require deposit of $500.
Renters/drivers must present ID at check-in. We will hold your ID until you return from your rental. Passenger ID’s are not required.
PAYMENT & TAX:
Tax is 3% additional to posted rates, and applies to all rentals. Payment will be accepted by any major Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express or CASH. All credit card transactions are subject to additional 3% fee. So bring CASH if you would like to save 3%…
If it is raining at the time of your rental, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and we will do our best to re-schedule a time that works for you. IF it begins raining during your rental and you do not receive your whole time on the water, we will pro-rate it for how long you were out. WE DO NOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS BASED ON A WEATHER FORECAST. HOWEVER, IF it forcasted that it will be a complete wash out (70% or more) for the entire day, we may cancel all reservations for the day and we will be in contact with you.
24 hour cancellation policy for all reservations; reservations cancelled or “no call no shows” will be charged 50% of their reservation. We understand that LIFE happens and things come up and will do our best to work with you. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, CALL US ASAP. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR RENTAL TIME TO CALL & CANCEL.
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE GET THERE?
You must arrive 30 minutes early, we need plenty of time to get you prepared for your adventure! Remember, your reservation is your reserved time. We understand things happen and we will work with you the best way possible, but if you arrive late that could cut into your actual riding time.
